Raise up your bible and repeat after me these words;
“This is my bible. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have, I can do what it says I can do. Today, I will be taught the word of God. I boldly confess; My mind is alert, my heart is receptive, I will never be the same, in Jesus name!”

It’s hard for someone who doesn’t give to the lord to receieve and be happy. When you give, you get back what you gave. Give out hatred and you will get back hatred. Sow generosity and you will reap it. Show mercy and it shall be shown to you. Just give out love and you will harvest it.
Wow wow wow wow wow
Other people say they can’t give because what they have is extremely little. Let me hope you remember that woman who gave the little she had and Jesus said she was the best in giving. Never doubt what you give because God quantifies what you have. That woman was a faithful and a cheerful giver!
Faith must first be in the heart before there can be acceptance confession. Give what you have with a high level of faith and cheerfulness. Faith is a man’s heart. Faith is a man’s spirit. If you examine your life, you find how much faith you have in your talking, in your dressing, in your walking, in your looking etc. Only God knows who is serving him. Only God knows man’s heart.
We give thanks to God so that he is honoured. To honour God is to recognize the superiority as well as the supernatural power in him. He is always happy when honoured.
We give thanks so as to encourage God. Thanksgiving always motivate him to continue blessing us and giving us much more of what we desire. For example, there were two brothers in a certain family. Whenever their mom could offer for them something, one of them could always give thanks to the mom while the other couldn’t bother. It then reached some point where the one who could thank the mom for any offer used to be favoured more than the other. The mom withdrew from the one who couldn’t appreciate anything. As a Christian, you should consider giving as a foundation of your life. By the way, God withdraws his support towards you if you don’t recognize what he has done for you and thanking him as soon as immediately! Yes, it’s very serious!!!!
Give thanks so that you can create a space in your heart. Blessings/favour shall come and fill the space created.
Clean your heart and let it have nothing. It should be empty just for the lord.

It’s the humble people who give thanks to God. They easily recognize what God do for their lives. Otherwise, how hard it is for a proud to give thanks to God! That’s why the bible says ‘God is not pleased with the proud but favours the humble’.
Your answer should be ‘ALWAYS’. Remember that Jesus was full of appreciations throughout. For instance, when he went to Lazarus. Before doing anything, he first prayed and thanked the Lord.
We should give thanks before battle, amidst battle and after the battle. People rarely thank God before seeing a miracle. It is after seeing a miracle that most people give thanks to God and testify in the church.
Jehoshaphat amidst the battle, just decided to give thanks to the lord. He won the battle with a bigger margin. It is thus very hard for the one who doesn’t give thanks to win any battle/situation/tragedy/affliction///// encountered. For any situation in your life, thank God. Remember that ‘For every situation of your life, God has something to say’. Halleluhhhh
If you want to realize happiness and peace in Christ, then be like a child. Psychology tells us that an average 4-year-old child laughs 300 times a day. Children laugh way more than adults do. They hardly get hurt. When anything annoys them, they experience it just for a while and forget faster. They don’t forgive and remember BUT they forgive and forget. That’s why Jesus said; Children are the heavenly materials. The Kingdom belong to them! Halleluh
When you give thanks, the holy spirit is welcomed. The holy spirit gets a space in your heart. Giving thanks make you win any type of battle that come by. Giving thanks bring joy, contentment and satisfaction in your life. It pleases God and makes him feel honoured. When you give thanks, the doors of the enemies are closed! By the way, did you know that when you are filled up with Dunamis (power, potential or ability), the devils stare/glance at you BUT at a minimum distance of 3 miles away? Halleluhhhhh

Thanksgiving reminds God of his promises to you. You might have requested from him something one year ago. He is always reminded when you give thanks! Amen?
When you realize that you are about to encounter a battle, give thanks to God so that you may win with a bigger margin like Jehoshaphat did.
Thank God during the battle. Paul and Silus praised God, worshiped God and thanked God without being perplexed while in the prison. God answered them and they were freed. Daniel in the lion’s den. Meshach, Sandarac and Abednego in the fire. All of them by God’s grace survived. Amen?
Speak positivity in your life. Prophesy to yourself. Prophesy to that business in your mind; say my business is peaceful. My business is profitable. My business is rewarding etc etc. Words are powerful. Never mention negativities because the enemies normally look for those weak points in your life, Amen?
Give thanks to God after the battle. This is where most people fall. After surviving that accident, you give thanks. After getting out of poverty, you give thanks. After your graduation, you give thanks. After getting your dream car, you give thanks. When you marry or someone marries you, you give thanks. When you produce a child, you give thanks. After waking up in the morning and you find all the 11 systems of your body working normally, you give thanks. After then thanks, after then thanks, after then thanks.

Do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery; but be filled with the Spirit, as you sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, singing and making melody to the Lord in your hearts, giving thanks to God the Father at all times and for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
