Today we shall look at the life of Abraham, how God spoke to him, directed him and made him great in another land.
In Genesis 12:1-4. God instructed Abraham to depart from Haran where his parents were and go to the land that he showed him. By the way, God bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you just like he told Abraham in the verse. So, do to others what you want them to do for you. You reap what you sow.

When you sow Love, u harvest love. When you sow hatred, you will harvest it. When you sow Help, you too will be helped etc etc.
Abraham heard the voice of the Lord. And you know what? God couldn't work for him, couldn't help him, couldn't bless him by the time he was in Haran - at his Parents place.
Amen?
Sometimes, God picks you up from one place to another for a reason only known to him.
Abraham was a man but in the place where there was no blessings.
Amen?
May be you are the only one who received Christ in the whole family or your clan. You might be the most educated person in that family or that village. Thank the Lord because you managed to reach at the university. Mind you, there are others who can't see books and pens. They even don't know how a book or a pen looks like. Remember that there are those who can give you the real and precise definition of 'Being poor'. So please, be thankful!

In a clan, there are some diseases/illness that are common in their generation and are inherited. Even if you are in Dubai, you carry along with you. You are the one who dreams in the night of being in primary School yet others dream bigger, dreams of being chased are yours, snakes are yours, you eat meat in the dream, all devastating dreams are yours.
You have received Christ, you pray daily, you fast, you speak in tongues, still you find yourself having nothing, Rejections at your workplace, you're the one with lots of debts always, you're the one being blamed all the time, Cancer, diabetes etc etc.
If I may ask, what do you think could be reason?.......

The reason is, there is that attachment to the generational curses. There is that bondage. Did you know that every clan has their own generational spirits?

With others, good spirits while the other bad spirits. Amen?
Come to Christ. God will make you a person of reason. He will make you a great personality. God says ,' I will bless you and make your name great'.
All your clan members / family shall be known because of you in Jesus name!
I know that every family/clan have their own laws. In other homes, you may find a special room just for "Prayer". But I task you to find out which kind of Prayer is taking place in that special room. If it's something that is not in the line of Christ, refuse and rebuke in the name of Jesus!
Think of the way you were nurtured from that family. What is common in that clan/ family? It might be alcoholism, families of revenge and hatred, prostitutes graduate from your family, spirit of divorce, Maybe it's a family with the spirit of Laziness,

In other families, individuals don't reach 40s. they perish! Other families don't know the definition of marriage. Another clan/families know the definition and characteristics of poverty with their relevant examples. Amen?
But remember Abraham could only hear the voice of the Lord. Stop looking at yourself that way and begin seeing yourself as a successful and prosperous character who will be a blessing to others.

Now, listen to the good news!
The good news is ... Jesus bought us from such families with his blood so that we get all what we want and now we are with him ( Revelation 5;9 )

Wow wow wow wow
Jesus bought us using his blood. Now listen, that husband bought a wife after paying dowery. The lady comes at husband's place and changes her name as soon as immediately. Names like; Betty OKELLO, Teddy Kasumba, Mary Byamugisha, Harriet Opolot, Kevin Ojegele etc. And that lady will die with that name. So, for every one in Christ, he/she has that special name added.

The Bible says in 1 chronicle 16:22 that nobody should touch the anointed ones. If someone does so, he/she shall not miss curses and destruction.
Keep your mouth from negative utterence. We live by our words. We prophesy to ourselves what we want using our own lips. So please, speak good about yourself, speak mysteries in your life, adequacy, wisdom, knowledge, Walk like a rich, blablabla.

Poverty brings about rigidity. You are mean while spending, you consider buying cheap things and yet undurable, You can't help others. So refuse to be poor. Amen?
